It is with great appreciation that I write this letter. I would like to thank you for your understanding and help. Your organization, 'Tax Settlement Center,' has in many ways exceeded my expectations. Illness and a messy divorce caused an unplanned early retirement; as a direct result, my financial situation has suffered many setbacks. Every day I have been deluged with creditors, unplanned bills, and other expenses. The biggest problem was one that I never ever dreamed could get as bad as it has become, taxes.

Every year, I would say that this is the year I would get my life back on track. I would then tell myself that putting my tax problems behind me would have to be my highest priority. I consider myself reasonably intelligent, but when sitting down and going through all of the paperwork, I would become overwhelmed. Each year, the paperwork would grow and my ability to actually accomplish anything would get worse. I finally reached the point of saying forget it. I resigned myself to the fact that to me my taxes were an insurmountable problem. I started to procrastinate and then not even think about it.

The solution that I finally excepted was, 'Let the garnishments go on and pay the IRS and state taxes.' Just take what they want and except a lower standing of living. I reasoned that as long as I had a roof over my head and food to eat, that it was my 'lot in life.' Needless to say, after years of frustration and facing what had become an unsolvable problem, that doing nothing was the easiest solution.

Two months ago, when you came to my home and told me of my options and what could be done, you gave me hope. At that time you told me what you would do and how much it would cost, it didn't take much thought on my part to realize that God had delivered to me a solution to my tax impasse.

Considering the growing tax problems and foreseeing the possibility of paying back-taxes forever, your offer to put it to an end was something that could not be passed on.

When you quoted me the total cost and then offered what would be a very equitable payment arrangement schedule, I didn't believe it. Here was somebody who had compassion and saw a person in need and offered a helping hand. You could have easily pressured me into a much more profitable (for you) contract, and like the drowning man in a lake, would have paid anything for you to rescue me, in my desperation.

After almost 10 years of tax problems, I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would like to publicly thank you for your help in once again starting to once again have a life. I would also like to tell you that you may freely use me as a reference and that if a potential client is not convinced, you have my full permission to use my case and all of the paperwork of my case that may help you convince a potential client to your efficiency, compassion, honesty, and success. You may also freely give my phone number and e-mail to any other current or potential clients to backup the efficacy of your organizations abilities and services.

I would also like you to know that the stress, depression, and the resulting physical effects on my medical condition are starting to improve significantly, and I and my doctor consider that your company is directly responsible for my improvement.

In closing, I would like to state that I have had nothing but positive interactions with your staff that I have had dealings with. They all have been very professional and are very knowledgeable. They patiently listen to my concerns and effectively dealt with my problems. I would also like to commend you on your ability to recruit people who seem to have the same attitude as you yourself showed me when I originally contracted your organization to help me.
